Copyright & Licensing

This software is copyright. This means that you should only use this software if you have paid for it. One license is required for each developer that uses MailSync. Because we understand that as a developer you might use more that one computer (for example a home computer, work computer and a laptop) we allow MailSync to be installed on multiple systems. However if you have more than one developer working on an application that uses MailSync then you need a license for each developer. If you need more than one license, then discounts are available, contact for more information.

License Agreement

CapeSoft Software (Pty) Ltd, employees of CapeSoft Software (Pty) Ltd and Dealers of CapeSoft Software (Pty) Ltd products explicitly accept no liability for any loss or damages which may occur from using this package. This package is used entirely at your own risk.

Use of this package constitutes agreement with this license.

Distribution and Royalties

MailSync is royalty free, you may use it in as many applications as you like without paying any royalties for each copy that you produce.

You may not distribute any of the files that ship with MailSync (including but not limited to the source code and template). Because MailSync ships as source code, it compiles into your application and you do not need to ship any additional files in order to use MailSync in your applications.
