Move RebuildTabTreeQueue to PrepareAlerts (for both ABC and legacy).
Gllobal check in template to switch INIMgr return on or off.
Remember tab turns KeepingTabs off (otherwise conflict).
Class change - if Select pos is blank, then get the legal tab (rather than self.selected, which might not be legal anymore).
